Scott Bogard CEO | Unified Service Partners
Scott serves as Chief Executive Officer of Unified Service Partners, where he leads the company's growth strategy and operations across its family of roofing brands. He stepped into the role in August 2026 after serving as USP's Chief Financial Officer, where he helped build the operational and financial foundation the platform runs on today. Scott brings 25 years of executive leadership experience, including multiple C-suite roles in growing, private equity-backed home service businesses.
Paige Wilder CPO | Unified Service Partners
Paige has spent more than 25 years providing strategic human resources guidance to leaders in various warehousing, supply chain and service-related businesses. Prior to USP Paige held positions at Spectrum, Macy’s, Univar Solutions and Orkin Pest Control.
Jeff Gerdes VP | Unified Service Partners
Jeff has over a decade of buy-side investment experience across a diverse range of industries, with a strong focus on the industrials, consumer, healthcare, and materials sectors. Before joining Astara and USP, he held various leadership roles at Tannor Capital Management, Drum Capital Management, Red Apple Group, and an Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan portfolio company.
Sarah Kisner VP | Unified Service Partners
Sarah is a transformation executive with more than two decades of experience leading enterprise‑wide modernization initiatives and orchestrating large, cross‑functional programs that streamline operations, strengthen technology capabilities, and deliver meaningful financial and customer experience outcomes. Prior to joining USP, Sarah held leadership positions at Invitation Homes and AT&T, where she led major initiatives across operations, technology, and business transformation.
